The Art of Wing Chun

Wing Chun is a highly effective Chinese martial art known for its practicality, efficiency, and close-range combat techniques. Developed in southern China, it emphasizes directness, economy of movement, and the principle of using an opponent's force against them.

At Jidao, we teach authentic Wing Chun as passed down through generations. Our practice emphasizes centerline theory, simultaneous attack and defense, and the development of sensitivity through Chi Sao (Sticking Hands).
