The Art of Taijiquan

Taijiquan (Tai Chi Chuan) is an ancient Chinese internal martial art known for its slow, flowing movements and profound health benefits. It combines gentle physical exercise, breathing techniques, and focused attention to create a complete mind-body practice.

At Jidao, we teach authentic Taijiquan as passed down through generations. Our practice emphasizes correct posture, relaxation, and the cultivation of internal energy (Qi) to improve health, reduce stress, and develop martial skill.
